      It would most likely be grammar/related, such as instituting a mandate that gross violators be hauled off to specialized concentration re-education camps.

    I would be a Democrat then open all the borders and let everyone in: the terrorists, sex offenders, drug lords, anyone.  
    The Governors from every state would meet in San Francisco to see how to deal with mass poverty.
    I'd build more jails to house the massive increase in drug addicts and criminals.  Everyone's taxes would increase 100% to pay for all of it. The prisoners would make tents as well as license plates.
