Discussion»Questions»Politics» Biden and Warren did terrible in New Hampshire. Will Elizabeth get off the circuit and support Bernie for GODSAKE where she belongs?
New Hampshire is right next door to Vermont and the two states are somewhat similar demographically and culturally.
Therefore, Bernie had a kind of "home field advantage" in that state.
Far more consequential will be March 3, 2020 (so-called "Super Tuesday") when 14 states and American Samoa hold their primaries.
If any one Democratic candidate emerges from Super Tuesday with a substantial lead, it would probably benefit the Democratic Party to rally around that candidate.
He should. So he could beat the asses of both other disgusting and hard to tell the difference between them-parties. The time for Bernie has never been more desperate.
Pundits here are saying that a woman will "never" get it in the USA - as though the Hilary episode somehow put a ceiling on the potential for women. If they're right, at least for now, then you have nothing to worry about with Warren.
I'm going to say something you may not like. Even though I prefer Bernie's more left approach, I think politically a more conservative Democrat would be more likely to attract the vote away from Trump.
Are you a member of the Democrats? Do you have a say in the votes? How are the politics in your local area? I seem to remember hearing that Arizona can be one of the swinging states. Is that right?
I don't believe that a woman will never be te president of the US, and as I've stated previously and often, the competency of any candidate and/or electee for any office is far more important to me than the demographics.
I'm confused as to what has you confused. When I wrote about demographics, gender is included there. That shows what it has to do with male or female: I'm stating that competency is more important than gender, as one example of what I consider relevant.
