Crap, if I did, it'd probably be

    "I'm sorry."

Fortunately, I'm trying to lessen my use of those two words together.

Yes, but it's more what it will cost you and in no way to be haggled over when Bill arrives for the cash....:)D

    You probably all know mine:
"love is that which consciously cares for the well-being of life."

The word love can just as easily be substituted for wisdom or goodness.

When I say "life", I mean any plant, animal or human,
both close to me in time and place
    and everywhere on the planet.

In a way, I include even the worms, bacteria and fungi that create nutrients in the soil.

Ok, I ducked your question earlier. Allow me to make amends:

This morning you woke up and you stood up; giving you two things to be instantly thankful for.

I have two variations of basically the same sentiment:

    A) Ask the NEXT question

    B) Don't necessarily believe what you think

It is all too common for people to develop inferences about the world which are derived from small, biased, and unrepresentative samples of the available information.

I have many.  I make them up.  Myself.  A quote from me is memorable and many many times, takes hold and you hear it spoken all over.

    Let's see.....

Now I can't think of any.  I'll come back....

Meanwhile Keep your friends close and your enemies closer is my favorite.  I love that one.  I didn't make that one up.  Mario Puzo did.

    I thought it was,
Now I can't think of any.  I'll come back....

I've said that a few times, myself.  I think you are rubbing off on me.

This was not mine. A history teacher loved to quote it in class:
A government who can give it all, can take it all.
