The Dems don’t have any plan whatsoever that Joe Biden will actually officiate if his side wins. Nancy Pelosi’s ploy with the 25th Amendment is step one in their plan to push Biden down the figurative stairs and literally install Kamala Harris in his place. At some point in his administration, they will claim that they have “just discovered” troubling issues with his mental acuity that prevent him from continuing as president (cough, cough), requiring Harris to take over, which really means a Harris-Pelosi ticket. But don’t feel sorry for Biden; he’s in on the scheme along with Pelosi and Harris. They’ve obviously cooked it up during his fake campaign, they convinced him to keep as low a profile as possible so as not to have embarrassing lapses during his public speaking. Harris herself let it slip when she had her gaff if referring to the “Harris-Biden” ticket.

I think that either one or the other will prevail in the election. As of today’s date, I have no prediction as to which one of them it will be.
