Is anyone else having very slow response time on the site in the last 12 hours?

It takes a minute or two for my computer to even arrive at the site, then another minute or two for almost every step once I get here.
That little circle spins away, signifying it's trying to do something

    Yes, indeed representing as it does the greyhound which powers the site by running inside a wheel.
    Just for a short while it was "swapped-out" for a toy-poodle (while the greyhound was given "maintenance" (possibly dog-biscuits)); yet people will often complain about anything!

    That's what I think too. Whether it's to keep the blood racing or nor, it's an inbuilt factor that we like to fight because if we didn't we wouldn't have any fun....Nanoose!

    Yep. AnswerBug. Probably another server issue ... it's not used to not getting a zillion questions an hour from the gal "in the corner", and is sulking about it.
    Personally, I miss her too.

      It’s my fault, sorry about that. I met the technician who was supposed to be on duty last night at the internet continuity center, I invited her out for sandwiches, one thing led to another, and she never made it back to work to finish her shift. The next thing we knew, it was 6:30 am and the sun was rising.
