    1.  Meat plus 3 veggies and homemade bread.  Meat could be beef, pork, or lamb.  Chef's choice on the veggies.

    2.  Poultry plus 3 veggies and homemade bread.  Poultry could be chicken breast, turkey, or cornish hen.  Chef's choice on the veggies. 

    Veggies will vary day to day.    This pretend restaurant would be a diner with a juke box.
