Pictures of the moon come out as a white spot no matter what color it is, on my iPhone.

Oh, gee, I  didn't  realize that!  I can just look at a photo. Thanks, Stu. You're the best!

It would actually be fun to see all our familiar muggers post different, personal pictures of the same phenomenon. But the moon is hard to photograph adequately, so once again it's Stu to the rescue...

I am going to and I will smoke a couple of fatties well I do it. Looks like it will be a good night for it - not cloudy and it will be fairly warm. Also the fruit bats will be out so it will make it extra cool watching them fly by the blood moon. Cheers! This post was edited by Nanoose at May 16, 2022 9:50 AM MDT

I would except that the skies in NYC are cloudy and I doubt I'd see anything.

It was breathe-taking from my vantage point.  We sat outside for a few minutes looking at it but the humidity chased us back inside in short order.

As I've many times said, that sky is pure PERFECTION to WelbyQuentin! Gorgeous to me!
Your picture made my day.  :)

(I forgot about the moon anyway.)

I was up from 1-3 I didn't see any difference in the moon.  Of course i was taking care of other pressing matters at that time and may have missed it.

Overcast. Again. Can we please get one at a different time of year? Who do I complain to?
