    My feet are my Achilles heal.  When I was a little fella, I always ran around the neighborhood with bare feet. As a result, I often stubbed my toes on the sidewalks and that really hurt as the blood dripped from my injuries. This happened several times and eventually I got shoes. (yeah, he were poor in those days) So my feet remain ultra sensitive today.
