1. Get your coffee at the discount store, whatever is on sale. Just don't buy anything labeled "DARK ROAST" or "FRENCH ROAST". Those are euphemisms for "BURNT".
2. Lay out a paper towel and center a coffee filter on it. Put 2/3 cup of grounds in the filter, gather the corners of the towel, and tie it with a twist tie. The towel is because the filter is too small to close. The filter is because the towel has holes in it.
3. Put the bundle in 24 ounces of water and let it soak 24 hours.
4. Discard the grounds and refrigerate the concentrate.
5. When you want a brew, mix one part concentrate with three parts water and nuke it.
6. This makes a low acid coffee comparable to Kona at 1/10 the price.
