If you could rearrange some aspect of the world to improve whatever it is, what do you do?

Lots of latitude here, be creative!

  • I would reverse this axiom ...

In regard to food and drink, everything that is bad for you tastes great and everything that's good for you tastes terrible!  :))

Bacon as a health food. Beer as a life-giving tonic.

Honestly, I would like to see all drug lords, terrorists,  gang members, murderers, rapists, genocidal dictators, and pedophiles executed. The world has no place for these scumbags.

Reciprocal sentencing? Do the crime and it will be done to you. Golly, I’m all a-twitter.
I know there’s a valid argument about inadvertently executing even one innocent person. A counterargument exists that there would be no repeat offenders, and fewer innocents die at their hands. Moral dilemma.

That said, I’d like to add that victims‘ families get input into sentencing. This post was edited by Don Barzini at August 9, 2018 6:08 AM MDT

I would like to see that too. Victims and their families should be given 24 hours with the scumbag who harmed them or their loved ones.

    A little “Quality Time”.

I would consider that quality time.

I'd change the maximum speed limit to 50 MPH on the high way and 20 MPH in the city. I think it would save life's, fuel and cut down exhaust.  Cheers!

Not sure if you live in close quarters or open country, Nanoose, I don’t necessarily disagree, but this might not achieve the goal. It may just end up creating more lawbreakers.
Consider also, the transportation industry would find it more difficult to sustain their livelihoods. There are major economic factors in play.

I live in the county so I like driving slow so I can enjoy the view. They could install governors in the cars to keep them from going over 50 . I was also thinking lower speeds could  reduce car insurance  because there would be less claims. And maybe new cars could be a bit cheaper because they could reduce the size of the engines. Cheers!

That would be torture to many drivers, especially me.  It's hard enough for me to obey the national speed limits as they are now.  I have a heavy right foot.

Fewer black unused trash bags, more tildes.

I would make karma instant.  If it really exists it takes too long.

    Great concept.
That could result in a new paradigm: thinking things through every time.

    I'd remove humanity.
That would solve just about every problem on Earth.

That would depend on which version of the "afterlife" is true, wouldn't it?   LOL

I'd remove all STDs and cure cancer...  Maybe end hunger, as in those who genuinely cannot afford to eat/feed their families as well while I am at it..
