Honestly, I would like to see all drug lords, terrorists, gang members, murderers, rapists, genocidal dictators, and pedophiles executed. The world has no place for these scumbags.
Reciprocal sentencing? Do the crime and it will be done to you. Golly, I’m all a-twitter. I know there’s a valid argument about inadvertently executing even one innocent person. A counterargument exists that there would be no repeat offenders, and fewer innocents die at their hands. Moral dilemma.
That said, I’d like to add that victims‘ families get input into sentencing.

Not sure if you live in close quarters or open country, Nanoose, I don’t necessarily disagree, but this might not achieve the goal. It may just end up creating more lawbreakers. Consider also, the transportation industry would find it more difficult to sustain their livelihoods. There are major economic factors in play.
I live in the county so I like driving slow so I can enjoy the view. They could install governors in the cars to keep them from going over 50 . I was also thinking lower speeds could reduce car insurance because there would be less claims. And maybe new cars could be a bit cheaper because they could reduce the size of the engines. Cheers!
I would end all crime, especially organized crime. I would also expose false religion for the lies and deceptions they have told the masses since the beginning of mankind.
