It's a school drainage pond. We had one at my last school. What the teacher did was very dangerous. I would do a very small piece in a plastic wash basin. I can't find the Youtube video of me doing it.

That is cesium oxide. Don't breathe it.

Cesium HYDRoxide. Corrosive as well as toxic, don't even expose ypur skin and eyes to it.

Cesium oxide briefly until it is e4xposed to moisture. Let us not argue over chemistry trivia.
