I sometimes fail to resist that urge. The last time I couldn’t refrain was at the vehicle registration building. Some douchebag white kid trying to act hard had his pants sagging lower than most. I told him, “I’m tired of looking up and seeing your ***. Pull your pants up out of respect for everyone else.” He gave me a bit of attitude, but the supervisor walked up to the window he was at, instructed him to pull up his pants, and drop the attitude.

I think it's especially worse when the "sagger" is an employee at a business and is attending to me. Once, years ago when the trend was sort of new, I didn't even acknowledge the guy, I turned to his manager who happened to be standing next to him and I asked, "May I be waited on by someone who knows how to wear his pants properly in public?" The manager, who appeared to be closer to my age than the sagger's age, gave dagger a look that to me meant, 'See, I told you so,". The manager, without saying a word to me about underwear displayer, attended to me instead. As I was leaving, I heard sag-man ask the manager under his breath, "What's his problem?" The manager answered something along the lines of, "We've told you before that just because you want to express yourself that way doesn't mean that everyone else has to like it or has to accept it."
I sometimes don't notice trends so much. The men's hair you've shared and the pants-down look - - I have to admit, depending on the guy -- I've enjoyed looking! Ha! :)
I would unlikely adorn myself with either look. (Oh, and I often like men's facial stubble that MorningStar shared - - except for the bottom right style. On that particular guy, the hair style detracts from his good looks to me.)
Who said anything about us all being the same? Both positive and negative opinions about what to wear or what not to wear are not automatic indicators of sameness. ~
