  • I adore so many cheeses!  At the moment I have Parmesan, Swiss, sharp Cheddar, American slices, and Wensleydate wtth cranberries. My English boyfriend introduced me to the latter on my first trip to England.  I adore it though hard to find here and expensive!  I love Romano, Provolone, Ricotta and many more I can't think of now lol:) This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at December 22, 2018 7:56 PM MST

I have discovered a new cheese 100 calories per ounce.  It is spreadable so you hardly use any at all. The crackers are "34," 50 calories for 9 of them.  The cheese is French, Formage D'Assino.  I'm so happy for this low cal snack.

Have you ever tried Motzo crackers..they are around nine inches square and have only 19 calories in them....they are ever so crunchy and great with just cold butter on them.... You'll love em if you can find them in the States...:)

Mozzarella. I hear tell that it is made from the milk of water buffaloes . (without the lions clawing the backsides)
