    Not anymore.
I found her down at the beach, listless.
Her wing drooped but there was no wound.
I took her home, folded the wing into its natural position against her body, taped it in place and put her in a box with a shallow dish of water.
I fed her sardines with a pair of tweezers.
When she got a bit brighter, I moved her into a former peacock aviary so she could get some exercise.
Six weeks later, I took her back to the beach and let her go.
She seemed fine as she flew off.
