Start with a light flow, gradually increasing the pressure until it becomes quite firm. As the muscles relax, going deeper is okay. Keep the movements regular and rhythmical, but also maintain a flow of variation. Effleurage is the kind of move I like best.
Avoid joint manipulations and popping of bursa, please. No chiro or osteo.
    Dislike deep-tissue massage.
    Would never submit to rolfing.
My favourite styles are kahuna and shiatsu.

I assume this is about massage.
I do not like heavy pressure. A nice easy technique.

Deadline pressure (getting a job done by the agreed deadline). Having a deadline helps motivate me and keeps me from goofing around too much. Cheers!

About 4 atmospheres. When I used to dive (120 foot depth) the sensation of nitrogen
narcosis could take effect. Kind of like being a little bit drunk.

Hectopascals. 100kPa if you like, but atmospheric pressure is usually measured in hPa because they're equal to millibars.
