I wouldn't be surprised if the North Korea head of state doesn't read. Maybe he is a voracious reader. But I think the United States might be unique and have that singular distinction. Is someone who refuses to read illiterate or just uninterested? Does it take a good focus and attention span to be a good reader and those who lack focus/attention span simply don't cut it?
