Must be so many characters, must be a combination of letters and numbers, must be between so many and so many characters, must include an extended set character, must include at least one capital and one lower case, and various combinations of these.

I think people need to be in the same room at the same time communicating in person, physically there in the same room, to show each other's strengths and weaknesses. And practice in-person, inter-personal communication.Well, that was a nice tirade, WelbyQ.:)
