It is in the ingredients list of what they are. Ingredients of different dishes varies widely. We know that. Baking a chocolate cake requires different "right stuff" than making lasagna. Well the ingredients list of human beings varies greatly as well. Those who lie and those who try not to are as far apart as far apart can be. So you choose the dish you want and the rest is simple. Some dishes are very simple easy while others are quite complex and require many ingredients and a lot of time.
