    'Real Canadian Superstore' is owned by Loblaws. We also have 'No Frills'  stores owned by Loblaws. 
    Maybe those stores are just in the West End.

    Thanks, we do have No Frills here too but no Canadian superstore. . I thought maybe it was another chain owned by the same.

    I shopped at Kroger my whole adult life until they left my hometown.  When I lived in Washington State I sometimes shopped at Fred Meyer (which is part of Kroger).  It's a good company and I would still shop there if they were where I now live.  Neither Fred Meyer nor Kroger has a presence here.  I shop Winn-Dixie and Publix.     I usually shop at Farm to Plate Marketplace.  They have a lot of locally grown foods so if I don't have it available from my own garden this store's the next best thing.
