    As for pudding mix, I'm partial to the butterscotch.  I haven't bought pudding mix in 20 years though.  I have made banana pudding many times, which I love.  I make the custard from scratch, put meringue on top and bake for a bit.  Also, I found that using Splenda in place of sugar gets great results.     Probably beet pudding because I eat a lot of beets. Beets is a 'superfood' and good for lowering blood pressure.
