Put back all of the Obama-era environmental protections that His Royal Orangeness removed.

Kick out Jared, Eric and all the other Trump relatives & friends people that the Donald placed in such high positions.

Funny that the only other answers have come from non-Americans who couldn't be elected POTUS even in their dreams.

Best advice can come from outside observers.

But your answer isn't advice. It's wishful thinking based on your agenda and opinions.

Right, because no president should have or has ever had an agenda they wish to implement.

Agendas are about policy. Unless asked to stay, people from the previous administration always leave. So Kittigate didn't really do anything but express Trump hatred - which, I suppose, has its place - and call it advice.

So far. The only other answers so far.

The question was posed, people answered it, simple as that. Just because you take exception with their countries of origin or their nationalities doesn’t make their responses less valid.  You’re taking it far more seriously than necessary when trying to parcel out who’s eligible to become US president and who is not.  It’s just not that serious of a question.

I answered it also, and there is absolutely no way on earth that I could even qualify to run for US political office, what with things in my history that would never pass the background checks.

"the only other answers have come..." I qualified it with "have come," which renders "so far" unnecessary and redundant.

      Nope, nice try.

That “have come” refers to the source, not the time period. You didn’t wait until other people answered.

Nope. "Have come" referred to the answers posted before mine.

The only qualifications are age 35 and  a natural born citizen.  There maybe things in you past that would prevent you from being elected but not from meeting the qualifications.

As you said people have answered. Some more serious than others that is what makes this site so good. We are all different and bring different things to the table.

If you knew my past, you’d know I’d never get near the door.  As usual, I’m being less serious about this question than it may have been intended.

Eight of the first nine Presidents actually didn't meet this requirement - hence the grandfather clause, which is no longer relevant. There are a lot of anachronisms in the Constitution.

...a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution.

None of these early Presidents had to be Naturalized as a citizen. They were natural citizens just not at birth as the USA was not in existance at their birth.

existance   existence. That's the grandfather clause. Should be edited out, there is nobody alive today who was born before that.

No. It belongs there. It explains why those first Presidents met the requirements.  We do not edit anything out of the Constitution.

The 18th amendment was neither removed nor edited.

As I said we do NOT EDIT the Constitution.

I would strictly enforce the Hyde amendment....no tax money to any business that performs abortions.

Eliminate income tax and go to national sales tax via the Fair Tax.
