No, I don't think we are.

“We” can’t even handle the ones we’ve had for over a century. LOL.

Apparently there a many problems still not worked out.

Eddy Grant might help as we rock down to Electric Avenue and take it higher

Personally I prefer H2 fuel cells. Much lighter and vastly quicker to refuel.

No our electric grid cannot handle them and they are still being powered by the "evil fossil fuels" just indirectly.

Nuclear? Solar and wind are rapidly taking over the local grid, America has nuclear reactors.

Our grid is NOT powered by nuclear.  US grid cannot handle them. Some states have regular rolling blackouts.

We have two nuclear plants nearby,, but they are just part of the grid. Our plant is clean-coal fired and the smoke is scrubbed. You can't even see the exhaust.

"Clean" coal is a furphy, it doesn't exist. You can scrub the soot but CO2 is colourless.
Digging the stuff up also releases a buttload of methane, which is worse from a greenhouse point of view. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at August 24, 2022 5:35 PM MDT

They are trying to come up with a way to sequester CO2. All of the sulphur is removed.

If CO2 is so bad, why are these allowed to be made and used?

It's in a GREENHOUSE. The planet isn't one. The idea in a greenhouse is that the plants inside absorb it, but for the rest of the globe there aren't enough plants left to absorb to huge amount of CO2 being pumped into the sky by the burning of fossil fuels. Deforestation in the Amazon basin and the jungles of Southeast Asia (especially in Indonesia) is still continuing apace, and the phytoplankton in the ocean is being decimated in part due to plastics blocking sunlight.
I shouldn't have to explain this kind of thing to an adult! This post was edited by Slartibartfast at August 24, 2022 7:18 PM MDT

You cannot believe that the greenhouses using these machines are sealed airtight so no CO2 is allowed outside of the greenhouse.
Again if it is so bad, these machines would not be allowed.
Also if it is so bad, these global climate leaders would not all fly their Private jets to the climate conference.

I Goggled Mike Adams and here is what I found about him. Mike Adams is a prolific blogger who is critical of vaccines and medical research, and is pro-gun and pro-survivalist. He is the founding editor of NaturalNews.com. Many of his posts have been labeled false by scientists. In 2019, Facebook revoked the Natural News Age for violating spam rules. So I am not going to believe him that CO2 is not bad for the plant. Cheers! This post was edited by Nanoose at August 24, 2022 7:27 PM MDT

The post is not about the poster but the CO2 creation machine.  Why if it is so bad for the planet would this machine be legal?

    I know.
My husband wants to build a greenhouse. I may get him one of these for it.

Electric cars are not yet ready for us and what we require.  They have to figure out how to make battery replacement affordable too.
