So now that China, Russia, and Syria are enemies of the U.S., will WW3 will result?

Who can say but as at least one other person has said, China has always disliked America, and well, we all know the Russians were traditionally always seen as the enemy.

For now, the US (and their allies) are still mightier than these four put together, but it's much too close for comfort.

If you read the prophecy you notice that the USA is prominently absent from the story. The nation must collapse and become helpless before then.

A lot depends on the hawkish yes-men Trump has surrounded himself with. Syria doesn't have nukes. Neither China nor Russia will push the button first. Jong Un is less of a problem than the media would have you think, NK is on the point of collapse so the little fat boy with the bad haircut will be up to his a$$ In internal problems before long. And his ballistic missiles are not reliable, they're as likely to blow up on the launch pad as they are to go anywhere.

As for WWIII, the world has had continuous war for most of human history. It is only for the sake of history classes that anybody needs names.
