The popular syrupy sentiment is often paired with photos of smiling faces on social media. There are millions of posts tagging #familyiseverything.
You can find it on faux wood signs, Wordart pictures, T-Shirts, and coffee mugs at box stores.
Culturally, it’s a widely held belief.
What bothers me the most is that the phrase is true, but not in the way everyone spins it.The kids mind inhabits a radically different reality then what you have been through so how do you ever expect him to cope with the world since you barely could? Kids having kids end up on the skids. less

When humans are confused/frustrated/overwhelmed, their emotions get triggered, which creates fears and insecurities, which creates an impulse to seek safety with a familiar tribe (Keynesians, Austrians, Marxists, Democrats, Republicans, Liberals, Conservatives, etc.). But the safety of their tribe is just a regression back into their comfortable bubble and a missed opportunity to expand their perception of reality, i.e., a missed opportunity to expand their bubble. less

I ate 4 breaded filets of fish with 3 big dollops of olive oil mayonnaise and 2 oatmeal bread slices, sesame seed oil and chili powder but then then I took two bug mouthfuls of blueberry granola. You outta seen me eat during long covid. I'm not proud! As a matter of fact, I've been told I eat enough for twenty people. My metabolism man. Yup!
