While I can't know for sure what happened to them, I doubt the person who posted them had a change of heart and deleted them. While I didn't appreciate the memes, they represented the views of the poster and I don't see any reason they should have been moderated. Trump is now claiming the pilots are devastated by the suggestion the strikes were not a complete success.
I don’t think the pilots are devastated – they know they were on target and they know they successfully dropped their pay load.
And I don’t think anybody is blaming the pilots for the limited damage. They are blaming Trump for thinking he could blow up a facilitate that was so far below ground bombs would not make a dent in it.
So I think Trump is going to whip out his Sharpie and alter a satellite photo and claim it proves how effective his mission was.
