In California where I live, the state government has gone back and forth this week on first prohibiting anyone from holding or participating in any Halloween-related activities this year due to COVID19, to announcing that while not prohibited, such activities are not recommended. Just for fun, and regardless of whether or not you are a proponent of Halloween in general, let’s come up with some COVID19-related Halloween costumes.
