He showed side-by-side photos of Trump and an orangutan and commented on the similarity of hair color. Not long thereafter Trump sent him a copy of his birth certificate with a bill for $5 million. He said he accepted the bet and he wanted Maher to pay up. Now who among you did not realize this was a joke? I expect Maher did it during the Birther craze that Trump kept promoting/promulgating/driving to make a point. Does Trump lack a sense of humor? Is that why he is so touchy sensitive delicately crybaby whiny when it comes to himself? How would you have reacted to the Maher bet? Ignore it or mention it? Would you have had your lawyer get involved as Trump did? Scott Balber was the lawyer. Where is he now? Working for some Russian cause. His museum was evacuated and is sadly in the path of fires which are still burning. Mexico is probably still cleaning up after the earthquakes they had a few weeks ago.
