I've had mri's and nothing shows up, so i didnt know what caused them, one of my neighbors recently suggested i mightve been using more than one pillow,... more I've had mri's and nothing shows up, so i didnt know what caused them, one of my neighbors recently suggested i mightve been using more than one pillow, especially when i complained about neck pain, guess i was twisting my neck and i was starting to get neck pain too, i took one pillow out and just used my ledge pillow and now my neck and head feel so much better, its starting to heal up, has anyone gone thru this? just wondered
