Could the groups be another fine idea that just couldn't cut the mustard?
Couldn't the site programming be made to at least erase any group that hasn't attracted a single Mugger, or has been dormant for at least a month (for instance)?
It's great for fixing typos, rewording things, clarifying, etc. I mention it because from the few instances I see it being used, I wonder if folks know about it.
