This morning- i changed my email (on the site) to a random email that i won't be able to remember, than i copied and pasted random letters in the "change password" field, changed my display name, removed my pic, and than clicked "save settings" than i clicked "log out".. now i have no way of getting back into my old blurtit account :)  less

He is remembered, not for his scholarship, but for his ha bit of exchange the opening letter/s of two words. Adlai Stevenson didn't mind adding a little humour to his comments. Once when he was attacked by Protestant minister, Norman Vincent Peale, he said, "I find the apostle Paul appealing and the apostle Peale appalling."Lincoln didn't mind wordplay either and once wrote, "He said he was riding bass-ackwards on a jass-ack through a patton-crotch." (Work it out.)Some are quite rude and very funny but I can't post them here. Do YOU have some favourites?  less

But he's a petty, small human being -- a spoiled, rich, sniveling, whining brat of a man-child who throws a temper/tweet tantrum whenever he's even mildly criticized, let alone if someone actually says No to him. Trump appears to be a puppet, with Steve Bannon, the neo-Nazi counselor-to-the-president, and Putin, the homicidal maniac in Moscow, alternating in the role of puppet master.Trump's ignorance and arrogance, together with his immaturity and emotional instability come together in a reckless, dangerous man.  less

Because this term is uncommon and somewhat intimidating to people who don't know what epistemic means, Jack Pelham decided to re-brand epistemic rationality as Reality-Based Thinking, the idea being that people would get the general idea quickly, without the need for as much explanation. It employs a good-sense approach that works hard to get things right, so as to avoid the common pitfalls in thinking.  Fortunately for us all, it’s not particularly complicated. Also, it’s not necessary to have a high IQ to be good at RBT.http://realitybasedthinking.org/what-is-reality-based-thinking-rbt/  less
