I have a buddy who weighs himself daily, which in turn makes him bonkers about how heavy he is. He does not have a healthy diet at all, nor does he ever exercise, so I don’t know what miracle he expects when he steps on the scale. I, on the other hand, have moderately healthy diet and I exercise fanatically, but I go several months without weighing myself. I’m just not very interested in nor curious about how much I weigh. I have invited him time and time again to join me in exercising, which is when he expresses doubts about my level of sanity.~ less

Let’s collectively compile a list of all of them. Example: your spine.
*Before anyone suggests it, looking at your reflection in water, steel, glass, or looking at drawings, photos of yourself or any other object/device are also discounted. This is direct vision from your eye or your eyes to your own body parts.~ less
