I'm just wondering when it became acceptable for shopping customers to WHISTLE at employees to get their attention... Today I was at work and had just hung up the phone after speaking with a client and booking her an appointment. I was bent down writing in the appointment book when I heard a whistle and a literal "YOO HOO" from behind me. Certain that it couldn't be for me, I straightened up and turned around and from ACROSS THE WAY - at least 30 feet - a disgruntled woman was standing there tapping her foot. She said, "Can I get a little help?!" in the most aggravating tone and trying to charm her into a good attitude I obliged and walked over. Then began the slew of questions. It freezes up everytime i want to go on yahoo, im using chrome but using another browser dont help. it will go on unresponsive and that guy comes up that says to kill... more It freezes up everytime i want to go on yahoo, im using chrome but using another browser dont help. it will go on unresponsive and that guy comes up that says to kill it, i do that but now its getting to the point where i cant go on yahoo at all, usually, it would take 2 minutes or so and then i could use it but now i cant at all, im on my netbook right now, any suggestions? i want to use it on my laptop again but dont know how and yes i filled out a crash report, do they get the ip address from that and fix it? less

Since the Trump Admin pulled out of Paris and the US is also the second largest fossil fuel producer in the world (China is #1), why haven't progressive countries that are major trading partners of the US passed a UN resolution encouraging these countries to impose economic sanctions of the US until the Trump Admin actually does something about climate change? This seems like the most logical strategy for dealing with the Trump Administration and its dismissal of global warming. What are the technical problems with this solution? Is it not happening already because countries don't want to risk minor detriment to their economies? They might not even have to put their economies on the line, because the resolution would most likely remain an ultimatum—does the US economy suffer more than it already will under Trump, or does White House suck it up ... less
