Since California Voters voted to require a background check to buy Ammo; how much do you think neighboring state's ammo sales will increase?

I assume the purchaser will have to pay a fee for the background check which will add to the cost of the ammunition?Does California know how to lose tax revenue better than any other state?

When lawyers question potential jurors during the jury selection process what are they wanting to hear? What are they looking for?

Why is jury selection up to the lawyers? Why isn't it done by an impartial third party who has no dog in the fight?
