Hello:
These days, everybody has a camera, and they're recording your government in action - especially the police - and the police don't like it.. When videographers show up to film at city hall, they're told the bureaucrats are "uncomfortable", and cannot be recorded. When the cops arrive on scene, they're quick to tell the cameramen where they CAN record, and where they CANNOT, hence my question.
Do you HAVE the Constitutional right to record ANYTHING your eyes can LEGALLY see? If not, why not? I say YES. If you can legally BE where you are, you can legally record it. Lemme ask it another way.. Do you, Joe Citizen, HAVE an expectation of privacy when you're in public? If so, why? No, I'm not talking about rest rooms.
I didn't link any particular website, because YouTube is RIFE with these type of videos. Search for 1st Amendment Auditors.

The development could raise the stakes for Trump as it exposes him to serious action under the Espionage Act, of wilfully communicating national security materials rather than simply retaining them. If charge Trump could face the death penalty. Cheers!

Jean Carroll told the New York Times she may sue Trump again for defamation over his latest attacks on her during last nights CNN Town Hall. I hope she does and maybe Trump and people like him will learn you can't bad mouth people in public. Cheers!
You will never guess so I will just tell you. It is Donald Trump - The jury just awarded Jean Carroll 5 million dollars for her rape case against Donald Trump. Cheers!

Lewis A Kaplan, a federal judge in Manhattan, said the civil trial on claims against Trump by the columnist E Jean Carroll will begin as scheduled April 25th.
Kaplan rejected arguments by Trump’s attorney Joe Tacopina that the former president’s recent indictment in New York state court on criminal falsification of business records charges created such negative publicity that a one-month cooling-off period was needed before the rape trial could begin. Kaplan said: “There was, of course, a great deal of media coverage – some of it invited and, indeed, provoked by Mr Trump. Kaplan also said: "It does not sit well for Mr Trump to promote pretrial publicity and then to claim that coverage that he promoted was prejudicial to him and should be taken into account as supporting a further delay,” the judge added t - he was also concerned that the request was a “delay ta... less
