But that it was unclear whether a Civil War-era constitutional amendment barring insurrectionists from public office applied to the presidency. I think it is a - he may of won the battle but he lost the war type of victory. I think the judges ruling will reflect on the case that Jack Smith has going. And when he was ranting about the value of his properties he said they are worth way more then he stated. And he added that the value he stated didn't even include the value of his brand name.
