Marjorie Taylor Greene placed a winning $100,000 bid. The raffle was to raise money for their party but the deadline for the debt ceiling is only 9 days away so I think it shows that they put their party above the country and the American people. The government appears to have proof Trump knew he couldn’t just declassify documents by taking them out of the White House. In a letter sent to Trump on Tuesday, NARA’s acting archivist Debra Steidel Wall wrote, “The 16 records in question all reflect communications involving close presidential advisers, some of them directed to you personally, concerning whether, why, and how you should declassify certain classified records.” I think Trump will still claim it is all a witch hunt and ever one is out to get him. Basically the scheme was - pay me $2 million dollars and I will arrange a pardon for you with Trump and Trump gets half the money. That doesn't sound right to me because Trump would want 90% of the money. Trump has recently said that if he is re-elected he will pardon most of the Jan. 6th insurrectionists.
