They w... moreIf you don't get the job they won't tell you it was because they didn't like your gender or skin color or appearance or age. You will get a letter thanking you for applying. They will say your experience didn't fit their needs but they will keep your resume on file for future openings. I suppose that's as good as it gets. Some places don't even send you letters. Would you rather get a letter or not get one even when you KNOW it isn't going to tell you the true why of your rejection? Why?
