I know this lady and shes been homeless for yrs, just cause she cant get her birth certificate cause her mother wont send her one. is there anyways to ge... more I know this lady and shes been homeless for yrs, just cause she cant get her birth certificate cause her mother wont send her one. is there anyways to get around that so shes not on the streets? shes been homeless 7 yrs, is anyone else allowed to get it for her, like if i wanted to could i do it or would that be illegal? I cant take her in cause my apt building dont let us do that. any suggestions?
