He was charged with using of tax-exempt organizations for political purposes and also for providing false information to the House Ethics Committee. He was pressured into resigning by his Republican colleagues which he did. He was carrying too much negative baggage. Is he now clean as a whistle? All prior history of what he is erased? I know it is the job of a defense attorney to get his/her client off, guilty or not. But not allowing people to sit on juries who may have experienced something similar seems to me like stacking the deck. What do you think and why?

SO i made a lot of truly lovely American friends, some of whom I am still in contact with and a few I have met in real life.
