I think we all need a huge dose of that (excluding the PET people of course). I have been to Nepenthe. It was many years ago. There was a HUGE outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. A place where people could just hang out and appreciate the scenery. The food was great the views were incredible and the ambiance was unbelievable. Nepenthe. Those of us who are anti-PET are in great need of surcease from sorrow. A vicarious trip to Nepenthe and the food and dancing could help a lot. Maybe we can all imagine it. Just remembering my experience there is calming. Only temporarily of course. Tomorrow will come and nothing will have changed. But just for today? Imagining all of us (except the PET people) there celebrating life helps a lot. &n... less

They are all whiny babies wanting attention and someone to make them feel special. They want, they need, they demand, they insist, they vote. Spoiled brats. And it will get worse. How much I don't know. But since no one is willing to take the blame for their actions INCLUDING how they voted or whether they didn't even bother to vote no will learn anything from this election and it will repeat itself over and over and over! :( Aye carumba! Will they bring all 60+ bills repealing the AHCA to PET to sign or will one be enough? They will finally be doing something. We have representatives that vote in what we call an electoral college, getting two votes from each, one for the president and one for the vice-president. They do not have to vote for the candidate, if they choose not to, even if their state voted for them. This is what our founders decided, in case they needed further assistance to get the candidates they wanted. Is it possible? They vote on Dec. 19.

They didn't give a rat's a** about either candidate so they didn't bother voting. I sincerely hope they won't bother complaining either. They gave up that right when they chose not to vote.
