I see society's norms and expectations but see them as just that... expectations and norms.. I don't feel bound by them. I don't feel I would be any less of a person or less valued if I don't conform to these rules.. And to be honest I haven't ever been judged in that way... I found a quote that made me think of this... "Existential living allows the client to live ‘outside the box’ of societal norms, and gives the client freedom to adapt and react to each situation."I find the whole concept of society's rules pretty vague and it doesn't seem to rule me.. What's your experience, do you feel hemmed in or restricted by these so called Society rules? less

Simply because someone is registered in two states means nothing. Now did I vote in California and then again in Massachusetts in the same election? No. I did not. I don't have a jet at my disposal to facilitate that kind of fraud nor do I have the inclination to cheat. What a tempest in a teapot. Is that a recognized way to throw water on the investigations and move on to other things? Is that normal, acceptable, honorable? If not what is it?

While he's rude, crude, and kind of a putz, and he's appointed some real bozos to the Cabinet, he's also proving that he's not so politically inept.

So, here on the Internet/aMug, when we (inevitably) encounter those ridiculous people who hold outrageous beliefs inconsistent with our own, we don’t have a lot of options for relieving our mental stress and discomfort: 1. Leave the site, or 2. Attack the person who makes us uncomfortable, or…3. Are there any other options? less
