When/where did it start? At gas stations where you pump your own gas and they don't care if your windshield is matted with dead bugs? At the market where you bag your own groceries? At the bank where they have boarded up most of the teller stations and you either use machines they have in the lobby "for your convenience" or wait in long lines for the one or two tellers there to get around to you?
