A problem most folks would probably welcome but I'm not so sure I would. Everything is a trade-off. You give up something to get something. When you discover what you gave up was far more valuable and meaningful than what you got it is often too late to matter. A bitter pill to swallow.

Or if I want to express my TRUE feelings if being chastised by someone, and show confidence, then I"m 'bad' or I don't have a right to it. It stems from volatile trauma for years, but how would one find a way that it is OK to want or have a feeling of power/confidence?
