He never has in his capacity as Exxon head. He will lift all sanctions on Russia to benefit Exxon. Because of the sanctions Exxon is prevented from drilling in over 63 million acres of Russian land. Billions of dollars of business of business for Exxon FROZEN. Do you really believe he will enforce/increase the sanctions? Trump would fire him. Better he not be in that position. I'm planning to try to write a series in comic/graphic novel format because it's a good trade-off between a written format and a video format.As a programmer and a straight-up logical person, I work best when I have a series of logical steps I can follow and struggle with anything that doesn't have a defined right or wrong answer. To workaround this, I've decided I need to create a list of things that I need to know to create my story. It's often used to trace the last steps of a missing person and that can lead to them being found or a capturer being identified.. It's used at work where I work nights on my own.. if someone nasty comes along, or someone does something they shouldn't do I'd definitely want that captured on camera to the person can be prosecuted.
