Don't do it. I did last week and strained an external oblique muscle, my side still hurts. Coughing and laughing are painful, bowel movements are a short sentence in Purgatory.
For instance, I was already an adult when I had them in about 15 years ago, and thinking back on the experience now, I cannot for the life of me remember how many months it was.~
