The base the greedy the selfish the "winners" who don't know how to interact with others beyond using them and besting them and destroying them. How PATHETIC is that? How worthless hopeless disgusting is that? Allegedly we should focus on "our better angels" and do the right thing. How many of us are disdainful of doing "the right thing"? How many of us live and breathe using others however they can to dominate and control and manipulate? Despicable! All despot dctatators are despicable. Those who are happy with them? I don't have a word for that. less

We are stupid dumb and incapable of learning anything. Why not start all over? What would you do if you were the creator?

I figgered she had just moved on and was disappointed that she didn't say "so long Rosie". A few weeks later I got an email telling me she passed away! I am still so sad about that all these years later.Apparently the sender of the email was thoughtful enough and kind enough to notify everyone on her Answerbag friend's list of her passing. Even in those days I asked a lot of questions and couldn't keep up with my responses so I was ALWAYS BEHIND. From time to time then, as I do now, I'd respond very late. So I did that and found many of her responses I had not answered. Which increased my sadness. So I did. Every one. I apologized to her (hopefully in HEAVEN she knew how sorry I was) and simply replied as if she were still alive. It haunts me still. So when people disappear from your life without notice maybe it's because they didn't want... less

Mindreader extraordinaire. CON ARTIST SCAMMER EXTRAORINAIRE! Ever see a movie titled NIGHTMARE ALLEY with Tyrone Power? It reminded me bigly of the sb in the White House at present. Though the sb is not handsome at all he is the same person as the main character in the movie who lies and bends and twists truth to gain advantage over the gullible. Slick. The guy starts off as a low-rate carny member. Works his up to big time society where he enjoys enormous success hoodwinking everyone by evil means and then at the end becomes a GEEK. Now do you know what a GEEK is? At the end of the movie (a gratuitous ending written to make the movie more palatable) it seems he will be saved from himself by the love of a good woman. That was a token ending that the author never wrote. The story was too dark. It had to have hope of a happy... less
After learning of the Kim Jung Un testing of short-range projectile missiles the sb prez sez "He(KIM) also knows that I AM WITH HIM and does not want to break his promise to me" .

Every hear that when you tried to change the way things were being done at a new job?
That being wearing unused plastic garbage, trash, bin bag/liners as clothing. Also if you like to share any experiences wearing them, please go ahead. Thanks
How many countries are led by FAIR compassionate intelligent moral leaders? If you are all those why wouldn't YOU be the one folks wanted to lead their country?
Now 3 of those children are obese. One is starving. Giving all 4 apples to the starving child would not be "fair" but wouldn't it be the right thing to do? The kind thing? The humane thing?

I was 1 of 2 AutoCad Drafters for a family-owned food service company, doing commercial kitchen floor plan layouts (I graduated in December w/ a BFA in Interior Design, and kitchen design is something I’ve always been interested in).Long story short, I was let go because I didn’t have all the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge that was needed for the position... but the thing is, they KNEW this when they hired me. And they hired me anyway, with the understanding that they would train and teach me everything I needed to know, acting like it would be no problem whatsoever. Now I’ve been let go for that same reason, with my now ex-boss saying that “the company is falling behind on projects” and, “never in the history of the company have I had to pay to outsource these projects so we can get the mechanical and electrical part done. I’m spending a lot of money and the learning curve is just too big, and I need so... less

One side is very sandy and full of cacti and other such plants that require little water. The other side is irrigated. Every morning, snails migrate across the concrete path toward the water, and dozens are smashed underfoot or under bicycle tires. I have noticed that at the scene of many demised shell-draggers, sometimes a live cousin can be seen camped out in pause of the journey to water works. I never hang out long enough to examine the actual activity taking place because, well, because they do everything so slowly, but it makes me wonder if they're feeding off of the pureed carcasses?~ less
