The order by the Manhattan-based U.S. Court of International Trade quashes Trump's 10 per cent across-the-board tariff on most nations and his declaration of a fentanyl emergency to impose 25 per cent tariffs on numerous Canadian and Mexican goods.

What Trump didn’t say was he can’t build all of his Golden Dome without Canada’s permission. For his dome to work he would have to build dish’s in Canada. So maybe in the same way Mexico paid for Trump’s wall – Canada will pay for his Dome.

Trump has done a lot of things that will make it harder for Ukraine to win the war. But they will win. And they will win without Trump’s help and despite Trump’s efforts to make it harder for them to win. So when they do win they can give Trump one of these salutes.
