I'm in child care as nanny, and while the mom I help is kind and I really love her kid, my schedule is never consistent..she said in beginning "sometimes" she may come home a bit l... moreI'm in child care as nanny, and while the mom I help is kind and I really love her kid, my schedule is never consistent..she said in beginning "sometimes" she may come home a bit late. I said ok, but lately it has been once a week or sometimes more. I always just say no problem, but is it ok to request a specific schedule? I know sometimes she works late I just don't know if she can choose that or the boss makes her... I have obligations after and I have had to cancel sometimes. On occasional weekend shift, still late as well, sometimes an hour :/ I am unsure how to say anything , as I'm shy and don't like confrontation.. I don't want to seem bossy ... :/ any tips welcome less
