They were silenced and underground for so long. He's a hero to them and always will be. He says what they have thought for many years and gets away with it and becomes even more respected and popular and adored by them because of it. Agreement/consensus is a wonderful thing. The points on the antlers grow towards the back of the deer instead of to the front and the points have more of a curve to them. It's a genetic mutation caused by a shallow gene pool (not enough diversity in the genes). It doesn't seem to effect the health of the deer they just look goofy. Cheers!
