My sis had mentioned to her potential boss she is diabetic, he had said it is no problem. Next week, after he said he was going to have her on, that she had the job, a co worker started talking to my sis about diabetes near where the boss was. She did say (my sis) that she had to leave college, b/c of her diabetes ONLY b/c of the cold weather on campus walks, making it go low. She saw the boss there, listening and explained that does not happen anymore, and the next day he still did tell her he'd make up a schedule.. now it has been a week and no contact from him/them. She is so upset b/c she wanted the job so much, but he did say she had it- is this part discrimination? It feel s to me like it is in a way.. b/c she did explain all is ok.. any views welcome. less
