When something unfortunate happens, whether it's a car accident or someone making himself look foolish on a thread, we all tend to bottleneck to watch the carnage. Why? O_o

There's also a part where you can see bruises on the back of her arms and neck, and somewhere in the video a faint 'help me' is heard. Some viewers are even asking if there are bars on her window. Allegedly the audience has noticed a change in her behavior on camera over the past 6 months and seems to think she is either on something or being directed to act/speak in a certain way, and possibly both. Recent reports indicate much of the Olympic Villiage in Rio (where the athletes stay) has broken plumbing, sewage not draining properly, exposed electrical wiring, and other safety hazards.
There were similar reports from the Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014.
It appears the demands of the Olympic Games are such that local governments can no longer afford to build the necessary facilities on time, within budget, and to a reasonable standard. I think it's probably time to pick two permanent locations for the games. What do you think? less
